Be Green, Be Happy: a new media journey with M21
Be Green, Be Happy
Awareness among young people of the importance of protecting the environment has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years. Now, a new project at HKFYG Jockey Club Media 21 (M21), supported by the Smart Power Campaign from HK Electric, is boosting the concept of low carbon living.

Promoting environmental messages through the new media is the approach taken by M21 and on May 10, a new project was launched with green ambassadors from primary and secondary schools. They produce green news of their schools with the new media. They are also taking roaming media workshops to schools and showing other students how to become green school reporters. The message is, "Be Green, Be Happy."

What better message for the environment can there be. The media project will run till December this year.
