A1915. Steamed Stuffed Bean Curd
Shrimp 12 pieces
Bean curd 1 packet
Mixed vegetable 3 Tbsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Sugar 1/4 tsp.
Oil 1 tsp.
Oyster sauce 1 tsp.
Corn flour 1 tsp.
Soy sauce 1 tsp.
1. Thaw the shrimps, green beans, carrot corn.
2. Chop the shrimps.
3. Add some salt, corn flour, sugar and soy sauce to the shrimps and stir them well.
4. Cut the bean curd.
5. Put the shrimps on the bean curd.
6. Steam them for 8 minutes.
7. Boil the mixed vegetable for 1 minute.
8. Put the mixed vegetable on the dish. Serve hot.

The food is cooked by steaming which is more healthy and the steamed foodstuffs are better digested. The dish also provides varieties in the colours and the textures. The taste is good and the appearance looks colourful and attractive.
