主題:
發掘最合適畫風 ‧ 色情暴力勿觸碰

目的:
1. 提高大眾對《淫褻及不雅物品管制條例》（香港法例第390章）的認識
2. 藉著輕鬆活潑的漫畫創作活動，提醒青少年遠離淫褻及不雅物品與暴力電子遊戲
報名及提交作品: 由即日至2020年10月31日 (星期六)

- To enhance the public's understanding of the "Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance" (Cap. 390, Laws of Hong Kong)
- To encourage youngsters to stay away from obscene and indecent materials and violent electronic games through comic drawing
