河內是一個難靜下來的城市，機動車聲、工地聲、街邊攤檔賣東西的聲音。晚上，會看見很多當地人、遊客圍坐在一些地道的小餐館，幾張矮櫈，一杯啤酒，和家人、朋友、情人有說有笑。或許這時候才是河內人靜下來的時分。不用置身於馬路上，暫時離開工作，不用左顧右盼，抽離了便靜了。

每個城市都有自己說故事的方式，水上木偶戲是越南傳統說故事藝術。水上木偶戲起源於古時農民，河水氾濫時會在水中搭棚，揮動木偶為樂。它經歷多次的歷史變動，直至1945年才在越北重新復興。

沙壩的農村，這裡的生活不需要電子化、高科技的平板，或者是華而不實、色彩繽紛的玩具。單單是陪伴小孩玩沙和石頭，已經足以耗一個下午。

在會安的橫街小巷中，隱藏了一間殘障人士的手工藝店--Reaching Out, 向越南本地殘障人士伸出緩手，希望為他們提供一個固定並舒適的工作環境。殘障人士在這找到工作機會，可以用自己的能力一展所長。

We are lucky enough to live in such digitalized era where we can maintain the connection as if in-person, yet it is when we leave our comforts and venture into the big wild world and this is when our minds are ready for the most impact.
