Lawrence:
taking off
The Federation founded the pioneering Airport Ambassador programme
in 2002.The objective is getting young people started in the work
force and this was the first joint initiative of its kind, consisting
of a tripartite collaboration between a charitable NGO like the
Federation, the HKSAR Government and a quasi commercial organization.
Such was its success that other organizations have followed in
our footsteps while we have forged ahead with similar new partnerships
giving unemployed youth the chance to get both on-the-job training
and work experience rolled into one.

The youngest member of the gang convicted for the brutal Braemar
Hill murders has now been released. He went to prison at 16. What
motivated him to be complicit in such a dreadful crime?click
