Youth Matters
Listen to Youth Speak 有一說一 :
M21's current affairs broadcasts
Youth Speak 有一說一
Giving young people a channel for expressing their views gives them a sense of responsibility. That's why the HKFYG Jockey Club Media 21 (M21) broadcasts lively dialogues on its Youth Speak series. This week the topic is the 2014 budget, with Dr David Wong Yau-kar of the Economic Development Commission.

Check out some of the broadcasts with policy makers and expert academic speakers at http://m21.hk/production/channel.php. Topics range broadly, from Chinese language education to social welfare and vocational education, from poverty and household waste management, to development on Lantau Island.

Young people speaking articulately on topics like these inspire others so the broadcasts get wide exposure on M21's School Net and Community Net. The aim is to encourage engagement - an engagement which benefits not only youth but also the society to which they belong.
