Hong Kong is facing an ever-widening income gap. What is most worrying for us is evidence which shows that one in four children live in poverty, including 16,000 children who belong to families that cannot afford to feed them. But there is also the worrying figure that 126,000 children lack at least one school-related item such as an internet connection at home, or at least one extra-curricular activity after school.
