Caring for Neighbours
The Federation's Neighbourhood First is a major community building initiative that encourages young people to care for and support neighbours. Over 3,000 members are in Hong Kong's districts, visiting neighbours, getting to know them, finding out what they need and weaving a safety net of community support.
