Forums : Outreach, counselling and intervention with aggressive youth
The sense of security, peer pressure and the relationships between members are all very strong factors in gang formation and cohesion. When the gang is threatened, aggression looks like a simple solution. Those with few skills to deal with problems can't see that there are better ways.
