Celebrations: a leadership project and a new book series
HK200 on the Great Wall

With this one hundredth issue of our e-newsletter we are celebrating the imminent second birthday of the Federation's Hong Kong 200 Leadership Project and the launch of our first series of books, Youth & Leadership. Hong Kong 200 is a ten-year leadership project for students with a serious commitment to serve Hong Kong. The book series parallels the effort and is dedicated to the young people we serve, striving to develop their leadership potential and skills.

Leadership training is one of our core services. It nurtures a sense of social responsibility intrinsic to the contribution young people can make to their city. We hope that both the books and the training project will help them to generate the strength they need to tackle future challenges. A launch ceremony for both events will be held on 19 May. See Upcoming Events for details and Feature Story for some feedback from our young leaders.

With sincere thanks to the principal sponsor of Hong Kong 200, Dr Raymond Chan, DBA, JP.
